Hot Chocolate Floats

This very merry treat looks good and tastes even better. Whip up your favorite hot chocolate (we prefer homemade--milk, cocoa powder, sugar, and a little cream--but any kind will do). Purchase a carton of peppermint ice cream; Edy's sells this flavor just for the holidays. Ladle the hot chocolate into mugs or teacups, add a scoop of ice cream, and serve quickly. All three Store & Style editors and their families asked for seconds. We give this tip a big thumbs up!
